The two allegedly beat the neighbor and warded off others trying to intervene with a shotgun before a scuffle with police, authorities said. Cordero Lamont Kinslow, 25, was arraigned on 16 felony charges including three counts of assault with intent to murder, three counts of felonious assault, one count of aggravated assault, four counts of felonious assault on a police officer and possession of an explosive device.
