Comments Im nobody important, Im just a person who has a different point of view. I do not live in Detroit. But in my opinion, for Detroit to become a better city, everyone must be committed to changing Detroit. I see a few things that could be fixed and could save the city of Detroit money and resources. One thing I see is the city is just too big for its population. Downsizing would save resources. Lots with nothing but abandoned houses and buildings could be sold. Belle Isle is a big bill of upkeep and maintenance costs. If the city of Detroit would sell the Isle, that would be big savings. Detroit would be more manageable if it wasnt so big. All this talk about new arenas, everyone...
