Associated Press Comments Grand Haven Western Michigan authorities say a small plane has crashed near the Grand Haven airport, injuring the pilot. WOOD-TV says the crash happened around 1 p.m. Sunday. It says the plane crash-landed on a road just east of the Grand Haven Memorial Airpark. Authorities say the pilot was the only person aboard, and the condition of the pilot wasnt immediately known. Ottawa County sheriff deputies, Grand Haven police and city fire crews have responded to the crash.
