When Nigel and Kathy bought the house at 40B Junction St 10 years ago, they could see its potential - and fortunately, they both like a challenge. "The grounds really were a blank canvas," says Nigel, "apart from all the tyres lying around the place." Today, those challenging grounds have been transformed into a totally appropriate setting for the magnificent house that sits atop the elevated section.
